• 7pm: General briefing for participants

• 8pm: Welcome drink

• from 8:30pm: Seated buffet in the Club restaurant

• from 6am to 9am: Breakfast

• Programme for golfers and accompanying adults

• 7pm to 8:30pm: “Après Golf" and awards ceremony for the approach and drive competitions
