  Registration information and registration procedure:

• registrations will open on January 8, 2024

• To register, please ask the PoCs of each entity to complete the registration file below for all players, indicating the number of teams entered. The distribution of players in the teams for a given entity will be requested by March 15 2024.

• Please send your registration file to contact.tgt2024@gmail.com before March 15, 2024, adding the subject [REGISTRATION] at the beginning of the subject line.

• A deposit of €300 per person. must be paid before March 15, 2024 to validate registration.

• The balance of xxx€ / person. must be paid before June 15, 2024

• Payments are to be made to the ASTC golf section association,
  IBAN code: will be specified at the beginning of January 2024
   

Terms of cancelation

​Until March 15, 2024, cancellations are free of charge.

• From March 15 until September 1, the deposit is forteited in the event of cancellation but replacements are still possible within the same entity.

• From September 1st, no changes are possible.
